Catapults

Catapults is based on the board game Connect-4, but with two different game modes it delivers a new exciting twist to the game which makes the playability so much longer than that of the original.

There are two modes, classic and real-time. The classic game is exactly the same as the one you can buy in the shops, ie. each player takes their turn at placing their counters (or in this case boulders) in their selected slot. This game is quite good, but the real-time is even better.

The idea here is that you can throw your boulder whenever you like (as long as the catapult isn't reloading). The game is then played for a set time, and after that time the team who have made the most Connect-4s, blown up as many enemy boulders with their bombs, and hit the most sheep wins. As simple as that. Oh, and you can also play in two teams of two, for up to four player action. Brilliant.
